Attached below are instructions that I have created for a small business, All Spotted Up. The instructions were created to help new cat owners to welcome their new kitten as safely as possible. My instructions communicate each step thoroughly to create a smooth transition for the new owners. Throughout this project, I was able to practice clearly communicating knowledge that is unknown to others. After one stage of revision, All Spotted Up was happy with how the instructions came out for their customers.
